Register your athlete.

Parent and athlete information, automatic age-group eligibility, and your uniform sizes—all in one place.

YOUR AGE ON JANUARY 1 IS YOUR AGE FOR THE YEAR.

We calculate your athlete’s age on January 1 of the registration year and assign the youngest available age group that fits. “U” means that age and under. A birthday later in the year does not change the age group.

Participation and risks

I authorize each athlete listed to participate in the selected 32 Sports flag football travel team activities. Running, cutting, jumping, contact with other participants or equipment, falls, weather, and exertion involve risks, including sprains, fractures, concussion, serious injury, and, in rare cases, death. Safety rules and supervision reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. I will discuss the rules and safe participation with my athlete.

Health information and readiness

I have provided accurate emergency contacts and relevant allergies, medical conditions, medications, restrictions, and accommodation needs, or marked that none are reported. I will promptly tell 32 Sports about changes and discuss activity restrictions or clearance with the athlete’s healthcare professional. Registration is not medical clearance. Staff may pause participation when a safety concern needs attention.

Emergency assistance

If I cannot be reached in an emergency, I authorize staff to seek emergency medical assistance, arrange emergency transport, and share relevant information with responders and treating professionals. Qualified professionals determine appropriate care. This does not authorize unqualified staff to diagnose, prescribe, or administer medication outside an agreed care plan. I remain responsible for charges to the extent required by law and my insurance arrangements.

Injury, concussion, and return to play

I will encourage my athlete to report pain, illness, dizziness, a head impact, or other symptoms immediately. A suspected concussion means removal from play, no return that day, and evaluation and clearance by a healthcare professional before return. I will communicate restrictions and follow the professional’s return-to-play directions.

Assumption of risk and limited release

To the extent permitted by applicable law, I voluntarily accept the inherent risks described above and release 32 Sports, its participating coaches, employees, and volunteers from claims arising from those inherent risks. This clause does not release gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be waived. It does not promise that every potential claim is waived, require indemnification, or waive rights beyond those the law allows.

Care, conduct, and communication

I will provide a reachable adult contact, arrange safe arrival and pickup, and follow team conduct and safety rules. Health details will be available to authorized staff for participation and safety and may be shared with emergency professionals when needed. They are not used in public profiles or marketing. I can ask 32 Sports to review or correct the information.

Optional media terms

A separate choice for each athlete

Media permission is optional and is separate from participation, health authorization, and email or text consent. I select one option for each athlete: no optional media use; private team updates only; or public 32 Sports media. Declining optional media permission does not prevent registration.

What permission covers

Private team updates allow 32 Sports staff to use event photos and video featuring my athlete in restricted team or family communications. Public permission allows 32 Sports to use event photographs, video, audio, and an athlete’s first name in its website, social accounts, program recaps, and promotional materials. School, home address, date of birth, contact details, and health information are not included by this permission. Separate authorization is needed for additional identifying details.

Editing, compensation, and limits

Permitted media may be cropped or edited for clarity and format without misrepresenting the athlete. No payment is promised for this use. This permission does not authorize sale of an athlete’s likeness to unrelated advertisers, AI training, or synthetic depictions. Other spectators may record public events; 32 Sports cannot control all third-party recordings or reposts.

Changing your choice

I can contact 32 Sports to change permission for future use, identifying the athlete and registration reference. Staff will record the updated choice and review removal requests for media they control. Already distributed print materials and third-party copies may not be fully recoverable. The exact choice, terms version, signature, and submission time are retained with the registration.
